SECTION 03 / MATERIALS

What we install.

We work in four primary cladding families, each with a different cost profile and service life. We will recommend the one that actually fits your building, not the one with the highest margin.

Vinyl 25–30 yrs

Insulated Vinyl

The most cost-effective full replacement option. Modern insulated profiles have improved rigidity and color retention over the vinyl of the 1990s. Good choice where budget is the primary constraint.

BudgetLow maintenanceMany colors
Fiber cement 40–50 yrs

Fiber Cement

James Hardie and equivalents. Dimensionally stable, fire-resistant, and holds paint far longer than wood. The standard choice for homeowners planning to stay in the house long-term.

PremiumFire ratedHolds paint
Engineered wood 30–40 yrs

Engineered Wood

LP SmartSide and similar. A middle ground between vinyl and fiber cement — more dimension than vinyl, less cost than fiber cement, with factory finishes that hold up well in the Carolina climate.

Mid-rangeWarm lookFactory finish
Metal 40+ yrs

Standing Seam & Panel

Used mostly on commercial and modern residential facades. Long service life, low maintenance, and a profile that reads as deliberate rather than decorative.

CommercialModernLow upkeep
Trim Lifetime

PVC & Composite Trim

Non-wood trim for corners, fascia, and openings. Does not rot, does not need paint in most applications, and matches the service life of the cladding it is installed alongside.

Rot proofNo paintClean lines
Gutters 25–30 yrs

Seamless Aluminum

Formed on site to the exact run of each roof edge, which eliminates the seams that leak on pre-built gutters. Standard .032 aluminum with a factory-baked finish.

SECTION 04 / HOW WE WORK

Four stages.

Every service above runs on the same four-stage process. You know what happens next at each stage before the work starts.

01

On-site assessment

A project manager walks the property with you, photographs problem areas, and checks the substrate behind any visible damage. 45–60 minutes, no charge.

02

Written scope

Line-item proposal within two business days. Materials, labor, disposal, and permits are listed separately — nothing is left as an allowance.

03

Installation week

Materials drop the day before. Crews arrive 7:00–7:30am. Your project manager sends a photo update at the end of every working day.

04

Walkthrough & warranty

Joint inspection, punch list corrected on the spot, and manufacturer warranty registered in your name the same week.

SECTION 05 / NEXT STEP

Which one does your building need?

If you are not sure, that is fine. Book an on-site estimate and a project manager will tell you what actually needs to happen — including when the answer is “nothing yet.”
