The only price that binds either party is the price stated in a signed, written proposal for a specific property after an on-site assessment. Verbal estimates, phone numbers, and website ranges do not bind Northcrest to any particular price or scope.

Change orders — written approvals for additional work discovered after tear-off — are the only mechanism by which the signed price may change. No change is authorized without written approval from the property owner.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northcrest Siding & Facade LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to use of this website — as distinct from liability arising out of a signed construction contract — shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northcrest Siding & Facade LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Before filing any formal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute arises out of a signed construction contract, the dispute resolution procedure in that contract governs.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
