We publish 5-star and 4-star reviews with the same weight. The two 1-star reviews we received in twelve years are still on the page — they were both resolved in the customer's favor, and we kept them up anyway.
We do not ask for reviews at project close. Reviews arrive when a customer decides to write one. Our 412 reviews came in over thirteen years of work — not from a campaign.
Where each review originated — Google, Angi, Houzz, or direct — is listed on the card. We do not aggregate reviews from platforms we do not actually use.
